International Exchange Student Program Eligibility
The Academic Semester
program is a 5-6 month student exchange program. Exchange students can
participate in Academic Semester programs in the First or Second Semester of
each term. Departure dates vary depending on the country in which you
choose to participate. Check the destinations page to view the departure
date of each specific country. In order to be an exchange student with
Two Worlds United, you must be at least 15 years of
age and no more than 18 years of age on the date of your departure (some programs
allow for exceptions to be made for 19-year-old students and some destinations
allow students to participate at the age of 14).
You must have at least a 2.75 GPA for academic year and semester programs
and a 2.50 GPA for summer programs. Students
must also meet any additional requirements specific to the country they choose,
for example a student may be required to have studied the language of the destination
country.
What are the Requirements for
the Semester Program?
