Immersion in a Different Culture -- Group
Programs
Participation in the
Group Program is a unique experience! Group of students
are placed with native host families in the destination of their
choice, to experience their culture, traditions, language and
life style firsthand. This program will give you an incomparable
experience. A host family will receive you and will treat
you as a member of the family while helping you during the entire
experience.
When you arrive, the
Two Worlds United Area Coordinator will organize a welcome party for your
group and as well as an extended orientation session.
You will review important information about your stay, and you
will get to know other students from different nationalities
and their host families. At this point, your new experience
is just beginning!
Group Programs range
in length from 2 weeks to 3 months, including Language
Courses during weekdays, local group activities in the evenings
with major cultural excursions and activities on weekends.

The qualifications that the prospective
student may have are:

Age between 15 to 26 years old.

Good level of the Language of the host country.
»
Good academic level.
»
Maturity to adapt to new environments.

Successful interview in the country of origin.

The required test:
The prospective
student will have a personal interview where she/he will
answer a number of questions that will allow the Two Worlds United office
abroad to evaluate the maturity and the interest of the future
exchange student.
Deadlines:
The deadline
for the enrollment in the Two Worlds United Group Program in the USA is April
1st. After this date some restrictions may apply.

How can you get started?
To get starting with the process of enrollment
just fill out the
online pre-application.
This Pre-application online Form starts
the process for enrollment in the program of your choice. It
tells us that you want to participate in a Two Worlds United experience and
indicates the program and country in which you are more interested
to participate. When Two Worlds United receives this form and your $75 application
fee (by money order, or check payable to Two Worlds United submitted by mail),
Part 2 (the Application) will be sent to you.
